Hooker Boats has just completed a 8m WRC model fitted with a Volvo D4-300DP supercharged and turbocharger diesel inboard. This engine is the first D4-300 installed in a boat with in Australia and performed above expectations reaching 40knots and handling like a ski boat. The Hooker 8mtr with the diesel inboard is a serious offshore fishing rig. The trailable 8mtr as an alternative to the large game boats is here in the Hooker 8mtr.
