Victorian Savage dealer Eade’s Xtreme Marine have extra reason to celebrate this holiday period after winning a prestigious award in only their first year as a dealership.

Eade’s Xtreme Marine was announced the winner of the Trade Services Category in the 2011 Powercor Australia Campaspe Murray Business Awards in a ceremony held on October 19th.
Following nomination back in June, Eade’s Xtreme Marine was selected as a finalist, and underwent a judging interview and site visit in August and were presented with the award ahead of two other top finalists within the Trade Services Category.
Now in their fifteenth year, the Powercor Australia Campaspe Murray Business Awards are a well-established and highly successful program to recognise and reward the many business in the Campaspe shire that continue to achieve and provide excellence to their communities.
Owner and Dealer Principal Paul Eade and wife Sue were thrilled to receive the award and attributed the success to their dedicated staff, strong customer base and support from the major brands they stock.
“To run a small business has its ups and downs, but to be recognised at this level definitely proves to us that we are on the right track,” they said.
“We will continue to work towards achieving further short and long term goals, and look forward to our business continuing to grow and provide quality products and services in the years ahead.
“We strive for excellence when it comes to customer service and as this award shows, this is one of the major areas in which we have achieved our goal.”
In celebration of winning the coveted award and their first anniversary as a marine dealership, Eade’s Xtreme also held an in-house show in October to share in the celebration and success with their customers.
Savage National Account Manager Cameron Wood says the day was a grand success with an impressive line-up of Savage boats on display and some great promotional activities on offer.
“Paul, Sue, Tim and Kris had a great display of boats, a free sausage sizzle and balloons for the kids, which just goes to show why they were voted as the number one business in their category at the awards,” Cameron said.
“To win such a prestigious award in only their first year is such a fantastic achievement and the team deserves every bit of success and recognition they receive from running such a thriving marine dealership.”
Savage would like to congratulate Eade’s Xtreme Marine on their win and a successful first year and looks forward to many more years to come.
