A pair of boys will definitely be recuperating in hospital following collapsing on a broken down motorboat on Port Phillip Bay this morning.
The seven along with eight-year-old kids were in the cabin of the vessel when they turned out to be unwell.
The children ceased breathing, so the dad provided them mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. The two boys came around however have been drowsy.
Paramedics reached the particular motorboat at Bonbeach and gave all of them oxygen to help their breathing.
They're in a steady condition at Frankston Hospital and are expected to be released later on today.
Paramedic Lisa Pliksh states they believe the children had been exposed to carbon monoxide gases when the boat's motor failed.
"The boys are incredibly lucky the parents weren't in the same confined space as them," she stated.
"The parents weren't affected and were able to make sure the boys were safe."
